Currently, only payment by invoice is possible. This ensures that shipping costs are optimized for your entire order and that your order can be checked or corrected on request - for example, if too many or too few components were accidentally selected during configuration.
Experience has shown that the minimum shipping flat rate of EUR 15.00 reliably covers the costs of packaging materials and shipping via our service providers (usually UPS or DHL). In this way, we guarantee that your goods will reach you quickly and optimally protected.
Our store products are supplied unassembled as a kit in order to optimize the packaging volume. Assembly instructions are of course included. As a rule, only Allen keys are required for assembly - clips can simply be screwed in or pressed in.
For larger orders, we reserve the right to contact the buyer directly and offer assembly as an additional service on request. This will be added separately to the invoice after approval.
Shipping depends on the delivery address, product size, weight and any special packaging required. The minimum flat rate of EUR 15.00 and the estimated delivery time are always displayed in the checkout. All deliveries are ex works.

The delivery time depends on stock, product type (standard vs. configuration) and destination. We stock all products with minimum stock levels. The estimated delivery time is displayed in the order process.
Yes - the ZELL online store is primarily aimed at commercial customers from industry and production. Companies can order in the store as usual and receive an invoice with VAT shown on request.

In the store itself, many products are also provided with technical parameters (e.g. surface area, material, height). For workpiece carrier systems, we also provide assembly drawings in the store to make assembly and planning easier for you.
