Maximum efficiency with minimum space requirements - the new generation of forming trays for prismatic battery cells: Our innovative plastic dividers with integrated membrane ensure optimum temperature control during the forming process thanks to targeted water cooling. Compared to conventional air-cooled systems, they not only enable significantly more efficient heat dissipation, but also much more compact storage - for more power in less space.

Precision meets efficiency - the double-sided clamping workpiece carrier for prismatic cells: Specially developed for production under defined contact forces, this carrier ensures a stable and controlled forming process. Fully automatable and ideal for air-cooled cells - for maximum process reliability with minimum manual effort.

Perfect control for round cells - with modular workpiece carrier systems.
Based on our tried-and-tested ZELL® stainless steel workpiece carriers, round cells can be precisely positioned, efficiently handled and safely cleaned. Specially developed plastic clips ensure gentle fixing and guarantee smooth automation and transport processes - ideally matched to the requirements of modern cell production.
