We have been successfully using the ZELL Factory System at our site for a year now. The plastic workpiece carriers are ideal for the in-house transportation of our precision parts. The optimum separation guarantees that our high-quality components are contact-free. This enables us to avoid micro-scratches and impact marks during production. Together with ZELL, we have developed several new Multiclips that have been optimized for our components so that we can efficiently batch a maximum number in the factory. We really appreciate the option of cleaning components in the same workpiece carrier. Overall, we are very satisfied with the implementation of the project.

We have been working in partnership with ZELL since 2016. With ZELL© stainless steel, we can clean our products in a targeted manner. Due to the special positioning of the parts in the clips, they are contact-free and can therefore be washed in rotation without damage. Our different product sizes require different holders. Before using the ZELL systems, we could only wash "half-positioned" or loosely, which meant that we could only wash statically or with swiveling. Overall, we now achieve a better cleaning result. In particular, we really liked the possibility of individual customization with ZELL.

Why Part carrierWith our new Part carriers, we are expanding our carrier systems with a modular assembly. Multclips and standard clips can be mounted on the carrier. We thus offer an attractive alternative to conventional stainless steel carriers.
More about our cleaning basketsOur standardized cleaning baskets are suitable for cleaning processes as well as warehousing and logistics. They can accommodate smaller plastic baskets or Part carriers and thus offer versatile application possibilities.
To the standard and multiclipsZELL has already developed 500+ successful projects for Part holder systems. The more than 1,000+ Part holder molds created in the process can be reordered or new by customers as standard.

With our latest ZELL® Factory System, you can flexibly build the inlay of your small load carrier (SLC). In doing so, the configuration of the SLC always starts with the right receptacle for your component. The right clip is then mounted on a Part carrier.
