We have been successfully using the ZELLFactory System at our site for a year now. The plastic Part carriers are ideally suited for the internal transport of our precision parts. The optimal separation guarantees that our high-quality components are contact-free. This prevents micro-scratches and impact marks during production. Together with ZELL, we have developed several new multi-clips, which have been optimized for our components in such a way that we can efficiently charge a maximum number in the plant. We greatly appreciate the possibility of component cleaning in the same Part carrier. Overall, we are very satisfied with the implementation of the project.
