This task involved the development of a new transport and cleaning concept with the best possible flushing and subsequent drying of the parts. Due to the size of the component, a new clip shape was chosen which completely dips and engages in the sheet metal. This allowed lower baskets to be used, resulting in a significantly more efficient cleaning process. All customer parts are automatically inserted and removed in the process. The basket material consists of V2A, 1.4301 with electropolished surfaces and PA 6 GB 30 plastic. The components have a size of 450 x 450 x 92 mm with 144 pieces per basket in a 30 x 30 mm grid.
