The specification was to develop a new transport and cleaning concept with optimum flushing and subsequent drying of battery cases. For this purpose, we adapted the GRID PLUS system to the special requirements of the customer's battery components. Due to the size of the parts with all-round reinforcement rails and inserted as well as screwed clips in the system. All battery parts are automatically inserted and removed in the process. The material used in the GRID PLUS system is V2A, 1.4301 with electropolished surfaces and PA 6 GB 30 plastic. The components have a size of 564 x 564 x 107 mm with 400 parts per GRID PLUS in a 26 x 26 mm grid.
