The specification was to develop a new transport and cleaning concept with the best possible flushing and subsequent drying of the parts. Due to their size, a new clip shape was chosen that completely dips and snaps into the sheet metal. This resulted in lower basket heights, which also made the complete cleaning process much more efficient. The customer parts are automatically inserted and removed throughout the entire process. The material used for the basket is V2A, 1.4301. The surface finish is electropolished, the plastic used is PA 6 GB 30. The components have a size of 670 x 580 x 100 mm with 33 pieces per basket.
