The customer required that its components do not need a cleaning basket for transport and cleaning. As a result, we developed a stackable base frame that can be rolled in both directions. It is also stackable without inserted components via welded spacers. Thanks to the special shape of the base frame, the entire assembly can now be cleaned by swiveling up to 30 degrees. The baskets are filled manually. V2A, 1.4301 with a ground surface is used as the base material. The components have a size of 450 x 300 x 125 mm with 40 parts per carrier in a 10 mm grid.
