The task was to develop a transport and cleaning system that could be 100% integrated into a system already in use. With a completely new development, we were able to achieve an optimal rinsing of the parts. With the result of an improved cleaning result and less residual dirt. The automation already in use was completely taken over without any new programming. Basket and lid are made of V2A, 1.4301 with electropolished surfaces. The plastic used is PA 6 GB 30. The components have a size of 300 x 200 x 170 mm with 24 pieces per basket.
