In this example, the customer was already using its own transport system made of galvanized steel perforated sheet. Here, too, the new system was to work in harmony with the existing system in production. For this purpose, a basic basket was developed with screwed-in carrier plates including clips. In this way, the basket can easily be converted to other components. The positioning of the parts is identical for both systems. The material used for the basket is V2A, 1.4301 with electropolished surface and PA 6 GB 30 plastic. The components have a size of 374 x 374 x 180 mm with 48 pieces per basket in a 51.8 x 41 mm grid.
