The customer was already using a transport system made of stainless steel trays with standard clips in production. For the customer-specific tray size, a suitable cleaning basket was developed for the cleaning system in operation. The trays are fixed in the basket and held in this way. A separate end cover for swiveling cleaning is thus superfluous. The baskets are filled manually. The basket material is V2A, 1.4301. The surface finish is electropolished. The components have a size of 670 x 480 x 290 mm.
