For this order, no standard carrier could be used due to the high weight of the individual part. We therefore reinforced the carrier with two welded rails with fixed spacers. All parts are automatically inserted and removed in the process. The material of the carrier is V2A, 1.4301 with ground surface finish plus PA 6 GB 30 plastic. The components have a size of 388 x 381 x 72 mm with 12 pieces per carrier.
