For this customer, we were able to develop a transport cassette with a permanently integrated base plate for clip mounting. This allows the transport cassettes to be fixed and stacked without separate spacers via the inserted bends. Reinforced corner areas also ensure greater stability. The material from the basket is V2A, 1.4301 with electropolished surfaces and PA 6 GB 30 plastic. The components have a size of 420 x 320 x 50 mm with 221 pieces per basket in a 20 x 20 mm grid.
