In this case study, we were unable to use a standard carrier plate due to the high weight of the individual parts. Therefore, we increased the stability of the carrier by 4 additional rails to enable automated filling and removal. In this design, the clips are not screwed in, but set and screwed from the underside. The weight here is approx. 120 grams per clip. The material used for this system is V2A, 1.4301 with a ground surface, plus PA 6 GB 30 plastic. The components have a size of 400 x 300 x 135 mm with 6 pieces per basket.
