The customer's requirement was the development of an automatable transport and cleaning system for internal goods traffic. For this purpose, additional rails for automation and handling were attached to the carrier plate. In addition, two rails were added for manual handling. These two measures significantly increased the stability of the system. The material used for the carrier plate is V2A, 1.4301 with a ground surface. Plus plastic PA 6 GB 30. The components have a size of 394 x 299 x 69 mm with 99 pieces per carrier plate in a 32 x 32 mm grid.
