The customer's requirement was the development of a transport and cleaning system for internal goods traffic that could be automated. To ensure that all parts do not require separate handling up to the final packaging, we have completely dispensed with spacers. Instead, the individual carrier sheets are stacked by means of bends. Due to this design, the final packaging is placed on top and the parts enter precisely by a slight rotation. The material of the carrier plate is V2A, 1.4301, its surface is ground. The plastic used is PA 6 GB 30. The components have a size of 247 x 155 x 57 mm with 192 pieces per carrier plate in a 12.5 x 12.5 mm grid.
