Better, faster and even higher quality with our latest blasting systems

With our latest generation of troughed belt batch blast machines (from Rösler), we offer our customers a wide range of options for processing stainless steel components with dimensions from 4 to 140 mm. This includes descaling, deburring, hardening/hardening, cleaning etc. Several processing steps can even be reproduced in a single pass. Not to be neglected is also a high corrosion resistance, as well as increased compressive residual stress of the Parts after processing. As a rule, we use stainless steel balls as blasting media.

The machines are ideally suited for batch processing of Parts that are not sensitive to impact. The high-performance turbines ensure a uniform blasting result in the shortest possible time. We are able to blast up to 400 kg of material in 10 minutes. We pay attention to a high quality cleaning result and can adjust the amount of bulk material as required.

Our inserted trough belts are made of rubber to protect the machined Parts to the maximum. At the same time, the individual Parts rotate around their own axis. With a hole diameter of just 3 mm (see photo), even small Parts can be machined.

Compared to conventional older machines, most of which are already 20-30 years old, our new machines can work up to 100% more efficiently.

Both systems can be serviced externally by our manufacturer at any time, ensuring trouble-free production.

Once the blasting process is complete, a door vibrator removes residual blasting media from both the inside of the machine and the bulk material. This simplifies the subsequent removal of the components.
