In this context, we are intensively engaged in the topic of Industry 4.0. Short throughput times require complex automation. This is exactly why we have developed our workpiece carriers. No matter what shape your component has, with already about 500 individual clips and pins, the Zell standard catalog offers a wide range of possibilities to handle the respective workpiece. If an individual design is required, this can also result from a joint cooperation.

Workpiece cleaning as a central task

In addition to central operations such as hardening, coating and transporting, cleaning components is one of the most important tasks within the production process. At Zell, we have dedicated ourselves to this challenge from the very beginning and have developed components that build on each other in a modular fashion to enable the entire process: transport - washing - drying - storage in a single operation. This saves our customers valuable time and enables precise handling of the individual parts. Only in this way can complete automation become a reality. Through robotics, each workpiece can be precisely de, carrier removed and reinserted. A fixed GRID guarantees a matrix that can be operated individually by each automation component. This turns a simple operation such as "cleaning" into a guaranteed success factor for the entire production line.

We know our customers as quality-conscious partners and innovation drivers, which is precisely why we regularly test new materials. Our components made of stainless steel and PA plastics are subject to demanding quality management. Despite rising raw material prices, we were recently able to set a whole new standard with our new wash baskets and carriers.
