We supply large industrial companies, Particularly in the metalworking industry, the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and electrical and medical technology. We work with a team of around 70 employees.

As an assembly worker for subassemblies, you will be responsible for the professional assembly and combination of subassemblies.

• Perform assembly of sub-assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions and quality standards.
• Careful assembly of the components using the appropriate tools and techniques
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and perform quality control during the assembly process.
• Identify and report deviations, defects or quality issues to the QM team.
• Monitor assembly tools and equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Compliance with safety guidelines and regulations throughout the assembly process
• Support in optimizing the assembly process to increase efficiency and productivity

• Experience in the assembly of subassemblies or similar activities desirable
• Good manual skills and technical understanding
• Knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings would be an advantage
• Willingness to work in a team and collaborate with various dePartments
• High attention to detail and quality awareness
• Good communication skills and the ability to identify problems and act accordingly
• Willingness to work in a production-oriented environment
